What Obsignals is, and what it is not

Obsignals is a Chrome side panel that displays binary-options trading signals, produced by automated analysis of historical price data.

Obsignals is not a broker. It does not execute orders, does not manage funds, and does not provide investment advice. No signal is a personalised recommendation. Every decision to trade is yours, and so is its outcome.

We do not promise, imply or guarantee profit, win rate or performance. Past results do not indicate future results.

Risk

Trading binary options carries high risk and can result in the loss of all invested funds, including your entire deposit. Never invest money you need or cannot afford to lose.

You are solely responsible for judging whether the product suits your situation, and for complying with the laws of your country regarding this kind of trading.

Your account

You need an account to receive signals, and you must be at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings, inside the extension. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Free tier and subscription

The extension is free to install and use. Standard-market signals are available to every account at no cost.

Signals for OTC pairs, which brokers offer when the standard market is closed, require a paid subscription. Current prices are shown on the Premium screen inside the extension.

Billing is handled by Stripe on its own hosted page. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the subscription portal, also inside the extension; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

We may change prices. A price change never applies to a period already paid for, and will be announced before it takes effect.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, or if the service was unavailable through our fault for a meaningful period, write to [email protected] and we will put it right.

There are no refunds for trading losses. What the subscription delivers is access to signals, never an outcome.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute or republish the signals; not to share your account with third parties; not to circumvent subscription controls; not to extract data from the service by automated means; and not to use the product for unlawful activity.

Breach may lead to termination of your account without refund.

Brokers and referral links

Obsignals is not affiliated with the brokers in the sense of answering for them. We do not operate their platforms, do not control their prices, executions, deposits or withdrawals, and are not liable for losses arising from them.

We have referral arrangements with some brokers and may earn a commission when you open an account through our links. This does not change what you pay, and does not influence which signals are produced: the signal engine does not know which broker you use.

Intellectual property

The software, name, brand, texts and content of Obsignals are ours or licensed to us. You receive a personal, limited and revocable licence to use the extension. No further rights are granted.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation: we depend on data sources and third-party infrastructure that can fail.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profits or for trading losses.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in the extension, and continued use after the notice means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the venue being the user's domicile where the law so requires.
